The retail group that runs itself.

XOMAX is an autonomous multi-agent operations system. It runs an omnichannel retail group end-to-end — procurement, sales, HR, accounting, banking, marketing, social media, logistics, and soon physical robotics. Built on xoost.ai, the agent platform that routes every task to the most cost-effective model — frontier cloud for the hardest, on-premise for the routine. Seven stores. Five online shops. Forty-one people. One operator. Many agents.

How it works

One CEO-agent. A swarm of specialists. Humans approve what matters.

Pepper Potts — our CEO-agent — receives every signal from mail, drive, POS, and shops. She classifies, routes, and dispatches sub-agents. Decisions ladder up: auto for the routine, queued for the important.

1

Signal in.

Mail, sales reports, invoices, supplier orders, marketplace events. Everything funnels through Pepper. Classification accuracy is measured daily.

2

Routed to a specialist.

Accounting, HR, Operations, Customer Support, KPI — each domain has its own agent with its own tools, memory, and tone. Cost-routed A → Z based on stakes.

3

Decision out.

Routine actions auto-execute. Anything sensitive — payment, communication, HR — queues for human approval. Auto-promotion thresholds tighten over time.

The xoost engine

Every task routed to the cheapest model that can do it well.

xoost.ai — the agent platform underneath XOMAX — keeps a live menu of all current frontier and open-weight models. Each request is profiled by stakes, sensitivity and complexity, then dispatched to the lowest-cost model that still meets the bar. Routine classification runs on local Llama or Qwen on our own GPU rig. Critical reasoning gets Claude Opus, GPT-5 or Gemini Ultra. Sensitive employee data never leaves the EU and never touches an external provider. Cost goes down, capability goes up.

Roadmap

From back-office automation to physical robotics.

Now
Phase D — Live integration. Daily-sales auto-import, HR-sheet sync, mail-classifier in production. Pepper Cockpit live for the operator.
Phase E — Auto-promotion. Per-workflow autonomy thresholds. Pepper starts executing routine accounting and customer responses without human review.
Q3
Phase F — Multi-tenant. Open the platform to other retail groups on the same DSGVO-sovereign substrate.
2027
Phase G — xoost beyond retail. The agent platform underneath XOMAX expands to hospitality, healthcare administration and professional services. Each domain gets its own XOMAX-equivalent on the same cost-optimal substrate.
2028
Phase H — Physical agents. Inventory robotics, in-store assistance, warehouse automation. The agent stack is robotics-ready by design.

Bootstrapped to a billion. Or sooner with a partner.

We are profitable, growing, and have built the system on top of a real, operating retail group. Investor data room available on request.
